医院思想政治工作与人力资源管理目标具有一致性。思想政治工作的目的是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的职工队伍,以保证医院的服务质量。人力资源管理的目的是通过各种思想教育活动来提高职工的认识,统一职工的思想,增强职工的凝聚力,以保证医院的各项工作任务的落实和目标的实现。通过探讨两者之间关系,实现科学管理,更好的服务医院各项工作,为广大人民提供更好的医疗服务质量。
Hospital ideological and political work and human resource management objectives are consistent. The purpose of ideological and political work is to cultivate an ideological, ethical, cultural and disciplined workforce to ensure the quality of service in hospitals. The purpose of human resource management is to improve employee awareness through various ideological and educational activities, unify the thinking of employees, and enhance the cohesion of employees so as to ensure the fulfillment of various tasks and goals of the hospital. By exploring the relationship between the two, to achieve scientific management, to better serve the hospital’s work and to provide the general public with better medical service quality.
