选用健康雌性Wistar大鼠28只,采用组织化学及放射免疫方法,探讨了大剂量雌二醇对大鼠胸腺、肠系膜淋巴结及脾脏结构的影响,同时观察了生长抑素在该过程中的作用。结果表明,腹腔大剂量注射雌二醇后,①大鼠胸腺皮质明显变薄,皮质内淋巴细胞大量减少,上皮性网状细胞明显增多,胸腺小体不规则;②肠系膜淋巴结皮质变薄,浅层皮质及副皮质区淋巴细胞明显减少,髓索变细,巨噬细胞数量减少;③脾脏白髓明显变小,淋巴细胞及巨噬细胞数量明显减少;④下丘脑、延脑、垂体、肾上腺及甲状腺中生长抑素的含量明显减少,而血浆中生长抑素的含量明显增高(P<0.05~0.01)。提示大剂量雌二醇有抑制机体免疫机能,生长抑素在该过程中具有重要的作用。
Twenty - eight healthy female Wistar rats were used to investigate the effects of high - dose estradiol on the structure of thymus and mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen in rats by histochemistry and radioimmunoassay. Meanwhile, the effect of somatostatin in the process was also observed. The results showed that, after high-dose intraperitoneal injection of estradiol, the thymus cortex of the rats was significantly thinner, the number of cortical lymphocytes decreased significantly, the number of epithelial reticular cells increased significantly, and the thymus bodies were irregular. (2) The mesenteric lymph node cortex became thin and shallow Cortical and para-cortical lymphocytes decreased significantly, thinning the marrow, the number of macrophages decreased; ③ spleen white pulp was significantly smaller, significantly reduced the number of lymphocytes and macrophages; ④ hypothalamus, medulla oblongata, pituitary, adrenal gland And thyroid somatostatin content decreased significantly, while the plasma somatostatin content was significantly increased (P <0.05 ~ 0.01). It is suggested that high-dose estradiol can inhibit the immune function and somatostatin plays an important role in this process.
