目的 研究纹状体边缘区内一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)分布特征。方法 用nNOS原位杂交和NADPH d组织化学方法观察大鼠纹状体内nNOSmRNA及NOS蛋白的分布。结果 纹状体内可见较多nNOS原位杂交阳性细胞 ,阳性细胞集中位于尾壳核和苍白球之间的边缘区部位 ,为中等大小的梭形细胞 ,细胞的长轴呈背腹方向走行 ,形成带状分布。纹状体其他部位只有少量nNOS阳性胞体 ,呈散在分布。组织化学的结果和原位杂交相似。结论 纹状体边缘区内有nNOS阳性细胞的分布 ,可能参与边缘区学习记忆功能的调节。
Objective To study the distribution of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the marginal division of striatum. Methods The distribution of nNOS mRNA and NOS protein in the striatum of rats was observed by nNOS in situ hybridization and NADPH d histochemistry. Results There were more nNOS positive cells in the striatum. The positive cells were concentrated in the marginal zone between the caudate putamen and the globus pallidus. They were medium-sized spindle cells. The long axis of the cells ran dorsoventrally and formed Belt distribution. Other parts of the striatum only a small amount of nNOS positive cell bodies, were scattered. Histochemistry results are similar to in situ hybridization. Conclusion The distribution of nNOS positive cells in the marginal zone of striatum may be involved in the regulation of learning and memory in marginal zone.
