选区激光熔化直接成型个性化骨科手术模板

为了简化股骨肿瘤切除手术的操作,提高切除部位的准确性,根据患者计算机断层(CT)扫描和三维重建等临床影像学资料为股骨肿瘤切除手术设计了一种定位模板。利用自主研发的选区激光熔化(SLM)快速成型设备Dimetal-280进行了316 L不锈钢粉末的正交实验工艺研究,获得优化参数,并用该参数加工所设计的手术模板,加工速度快,成型后外形良好,尺寸精度高,在临床手术中获得成功应用,为个性化医学植入体以及辅助器械的高性能、自动化加工开辟了一种新方法。 In order to simplify the operation of femoral tumor resection and improve the accuracy of resection site, a positioning template was designed for femoral tumor resection based on the clinical imaging data of patients with computed tomography (CT) and three-dimensional reconstruction. An orthogonal experiment of 316L stainless steel powder was carried out by using self-developed Dimetal-280, a SLM rapid prototyping equipment. Optimized parameters were obtained and used to process the designed surgical template. The processing speed was fast and the shape after forming Good, high dimensional accuracy, successful application in clinical surgery, opened up a new method for the high-performance, automated processing of personalized medical implants and auxiliary equipment.
