采用运筹学中线性规划的单纯形法,确定了切削用量最优方案。取切削速度和进给量为主要变量。确定目标函数,切削加工中的约束条件,求得切削变量的最优解,编制了切削用量优化程序框图。应用该优化程序对大庆总机厂生产的J61型潜油电泵的叶轮和导壳的加工过程进行了测试。记录了优化前后所用的加工时间。测试结果表明,加工一对叶轮、导壳缩短工时16min1s,提高生产率54%,降低生产成本42.8%,优化后,减少了辅助工时,工件加工质量得到保证,机床使用趋于合理和有效。该程序适用于数控机床和普通机床。
Using the simplex method of linear programming in operations research, the optimal program of cutting dosage was determined. Take the cutting speed and feed as the main variables. Determine the objective function, the constraints in the cutting process, find the optimal solution of cutting variables, the preparation of the cutting optimization program block diagram. The optimized procedure was used to test the machining process of impeller and guide shell of J61 Submersible Electric Pump manufactured by Daqing Switchgear Factory. The processing time before and after optimization was recorded. The test results show that the processing of a pair of impeller and guide shell shortens the working time by 16min1s, increases the productivity by 54% and reduces the production cost by 42.8%. After optimization, it reduces the auxiliary working time and ensures the processing quality of the workpiece. The machine tool usage tends to be reasonable and effective. The program is suitable for CNC machine tools and general machine tools.
