[目的]探讨不同个体特征的医务人员对组织环境管理的要求。[方法]采用医院环境管理调查量表对广东省4个市级18所医院的1 233名医务人员进行调查。[结果]不同年龄、工龄、医院等级、性别以及婚姻状况的医务人员对组织环境管理的满意度差异有统计学意义,医院等级、科室和年龄对组织环境管理的满意度有影响。[结论]医院应根据医务人员的个体特征,有针对性地完善组织环境管理,提高管理水平,提高医务人员的满意度。
[Objective] To discuss the requirements of the medical staffs with different individual characteristics on the management of the organizational environment. [Methods] A total of 1 233 medical staff from 18 hospitals in 4 municipalities of Guangdong Province were investigated by using the hospital environmental management questionnaire. [Results] There were significant differences in the satisfaction of environmental management among the medical staff of different ages, seniority, hospital grade, sex and marital status, and the influence of hospital rank, department and age on the satisfaction of environmental management of the organization. [Conclusion] The hospital should improve the organizational environmental management, improve the management level and improve the satisfaction of medical staff according to the individual characteristics of medical staff.
