双波长吸光光度法同时测定微量镓和铟

镓、铟为稀散元素,常伴生于闪锌矿中。由于化学性质相近,通常采用萃取方法分离,然后用吸光光度法测定。文献[3,4]研究了用络天青S和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵吸光光度法分别测定镓和铟.在混合体系中同时测定的方法尚未见报道.本文拟在上述体系中,采用双波长K系数法能有效地消除相互间的干扰,可不经分离同时测定镓、铟.测定结果的相对误差小于9%,回收率为97%~105%. Gallium, indium for the scattered elements, often associated with sphalerite. Due to their similar chemical properties, they are usually separated by extraction and then measured by absorbance spectrophotometry. In the literature [3,4], the determination of gallium and indium by the spectrophotometry of cytarabine S and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, respectively, has not been reported in the mixed system.In this paper, , The two-wavelength K-factor method can effectively eliminate the interference between each other, and the gallium and indium can be determined simultaneously without separation.The relative error of the determination results is less than 9% and the recovery rate is 97% -105%.
