设计可用率因子是衡量核电机组设计和运行业绩一个非常重要的指标,也是世界核电运营者协会(WANO)对世界各核电厂经济性能进行对标的指标之一。提升核电机组可用率因子,是业内一直关注的重点和研究的方向。本文在中国改进型三环路压水堆(CPR1000)核电机组多年运行实践的基础上,搭建适用于群厂核电机组的可用率模型,提出提升设计可用率因子的方法和途径,为新建核电厂的设计提供思路和方法,也可供后续核电厂设计可用率因子指标的评价提供参考。
The design availability factor is a very important indicator of the design and operating performance of a nuclear power plant. It is also one of the targets of the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) benchmarking the performance of the world’s NPPs. Improving the availability factor of nuclear power units is the focus of the industry and the research direction. In this paper, based on the multi-year operation of CPR1000 nuclear power plant in China, a model of availability for nuclear power plant in group plant was proposed, and the methods and ways to improve the design availability factor were put forward. Provide ideas and methods for design, but also provide reference for the evaluation of the design availability factor index of the subsequent nuclear power plants.
