速度节奏是影响体能竞速项目运动成绩的重要因素,以短距离速滑世锦赛为研究对象,运用文献资料、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,从性别、运动水平和道次三个角度探讨了500m速度滑冰速度节奏的问题。结果表明:1)道次相同时,性别对速度节奏有一定影响,女子运动员的加速节奏快于男子运动员;2)对男子运动员而言,运动水平对速度节奏无显著影响;对于女子运动员而言,外道时,运动水平对速度节奏无显著影响,但内道时,高水平运动员比低水平运动员的加速节奏快;3)道次对速度节奏存在较大影响,内外道的差别主要在前后两个弯道,而性别对道次间的速度节奏无显著影响。
