利用太谷核不育建拓组成小麦抗赤霉病基因库,开展小麦抗病品种选育,并由此而确立起来的小麦抗赤霉病育种新体系,是育种模式的一个创新。几年田间试验结果表明,在对基因库进行连续轮选的过程中,组群个体的平均抗性水平逐年提高;释放的优良单株也随之增多,在短期内所育成的一些抗病新品系已显示出可供生产应用的前景。
It is an innovation of breeding mode that using Taigu Nuclear Sterility to build the gene pool of wheat scab resistance and breeding of disease-resistant wheat varieties and establishing the new breeding system of wheat scab resistance. The results of field trials in recent years showed that the average level of resistance of individuals in a group increased year by year during successive rounds of rounds of gene pooling, and the number of fine individuals released increased. In the short term, some new disease resistance Lines have shown promise for production applications.
