目的 探讨 P53.bcl- 2和 ki- 67在腺样囊性癌 ( ACC)中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法 ,观察 2 0例 ACC石蜡包埋组织 P53、bcl- 2和 ki- 67蛋白表达 ,结果 P53、bcl- 2和 ki- 67的阳性表达率分别为 5 0 %、70 %和 80 % ,P53.和 ki- 67阳性率在不同 ACC组织亚型中存有差异 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,bcl- 2阴性表达者 3年死亡率高于阳性表达患者 ( P<0 .0 1) ,ki- 67和 bcl- 2阳性表达与淋巴结转移有显著性关系( P<0 .0 1)。结论 P53、 bcl- 2和 ki- 67蛋白表达在 ACC中起有一定作用 ,三者间可能有协同关系 ;P53表达受 ACC组织分型及细胞分化程度影响 ;bcl- 2蛋白检测有助于临床预后评估 ;ki- 67蛋白与细胞恶性程度及淋巴结转移有明显相关性。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of P53.bcl-2 and ki- 67 in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). Methods The expression of P53, bcl-2 and Ki-67 in 20 paraffin-embedded ACC tissues was observed by immunohistochemistry. The positive rates of P53, bcl-2 and Ki-67 were 50%, 70% And 80% respectively. The positive rates of P53. And Ki-67 were different in different ACC tissue subtypes (P <0.05). The 3-year mortality of bcl-2 negative patients was higher than that of positive ones .0 1). The positive expression of Ki-67 and Bcl-2 was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of P53, bcl-2 and ki- 67 protein may play a role in ACC, and there may be synergistic relationship among them. The expression of P53 is influenced by the histological type and cell differentiation of ACC. The detection of bcl- Prognosis assessment; Ki-67 protein and cell malignancy and lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated.
