国际散装化学品分委员会于1982年12月6日～10日在英国伦敦召开第11次会议,来自26个国家和10个国际组织的100多名代表参加了会议。我国第一次从国内派遣专家出席了大会。会议共讨论了15项议题,包括国际散装化学品船舶和液化气体船舶结构与设备规则、MARPOL 1973年公约和1978年议定书对散装化学品船的要求、有毒液体物品的危险性评价、有毒液体货物的排放规则等等。 散装化学品分委员会是海安会下属的一个机构,在业务上与海上环保会也有关系。目前,经该分委员会制订的规则主要有五个:①“散装化学品船舶结构和设备规则”(简称“散化
The International Bulk Chemicals Subcommittee held its 11th meeting in London, England from December 6 to December 10, 1982. More than 100 representatives from 26 countries and 10 international organizations attended the meeting. For the first time, China sent experts from home to attend the conference. A total of 15 topics were discussed, including rules on the structure and equipment of ships in the international bulk chemical vessels and liquefied gases, the requirements of the MARPOL 1973 Convention and the 1978 Protocol for bulk chemical tankers, the risk assessment of noxious liquid substances, the poisonous liquid cargo Emission rules and more.
