采用大鼠胃癌前病变模型，运用流式细胞仪测定了中药消痞灵冲剂对胃癌前病变ＤＮＡ含量和细胞动力学的影响。结果显示，中药消痞灵冲剂预防和治疗组的ＤＮＡ指数、Ｓ期和Ｇ２／Ｍ期细胞数、细胞增殖指数，与正常组相比无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而与病变组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明，中药消痞灵冲剂对大鼠胃癌前病变有明显的抑制作用。
The rat model of gastric precancerous lesions was used to determine the effect of Xiaozhiling granules on DNA content and cell dynamics of gastric precancerous lesions by flow cytometry. The results showed that there were no significant differences (P>0.05) in the DNA index, number of cells in S phase and G2/M phase, and cell proliferation index between the Xiaopiling Granules in the prevention and treatment group and the normal group (P>0.05). There was a significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine Xiaozhiling granules had significant inhibitory effect on gastric precancerous lesions in rats.
