甲状腺癌不多见,但近年发病有增长趋势。1972年1月至1996年6月我们对74例甲状腺癌患者进行了手术治疗和随访,本文结合临床资料予以分析,报告如下。 临床资料 1.一般资料 74例中男21例,女53例,男女比例为1∶2.5。年龄20～83岁,平均44岁。就诊年龄高峰男女均在21～40岁组(分别为14例及41例)。病程20天～15年,在1年以内、1～2年、2年以上的患者分别为35、23、16例,平均病程为23个月。全部病例均行手术治疗并经病理检查确诊。
Thyroid cancer is rare, but there has been an increase in incidence in recent years. From January 1972 to June 1996, we performed surgical treatment and follow-up of 74 patients with thyroid cancer. This article was combined with clinical data and analyzed as follows. Clinical data 1. General information 74 cases of 21 males and 53 females, male to female ratio was 1:2.5. Age from 20 to 83 years old, average 44 years old. The peak age of treatment for men and women was in the 21 to 40-year-old group (14 cases and 41 cases, respectively). The disease duration ranged from 20 days to 15 years. Patients within 1 year, 1 to 2 years, and 2 years or more were 35, 23, and 16 patients respectively. The average disease duration was 23 months. All cases were treated by surgery and confirmed by pathological examination.
