针对君颖煤矿紧急避险系统的设计问题,研究了君颖煤矿采区区域人员分布情况,根据紧急避险系统设计要求,确定采用永久避难硐室作为君颖煤矿的紧急避险系统;根据避难硐室位置选择原则,确定了在主斜井联络道-70.8 m标高处和-71m标高新掘-70 m永久避难硐室,并对永久避难硐室的结构、容量及基本装备进行了研究与设计.永久避难硐室的研究对于实现科学、有序、有效救援起到了十分关键的作用,其研究成果能够为类似条件的矿井设计永久避难硐室时提供参考.
According to the design of the emergency avoidance system in Junying coal mine, the distribution of personnel in the mining area of Junying coal mine was studied. According to the design requirements of emergency avoidance system, the permanent refuge chamber was determined to be the emergency refuge system of Junying coal mine. The principle of selecting the location of the chamber has confirmed that the permanent refuge chamber with a height of -70 m and the new height of -71 m at the elevation of 70.8 m will be established and the structure, capacity and basic equipment of the permanent refuge chamber will be studied. Design of permanent refuge chambers has played a crucial role in achieving scientific, orderly and effective rescue. Its research results can provide references for the design of permanent refuge chambers in similar conditions.
