心肌缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤的发病机理迄今尚未完全阐明,近年发现再灌注时迅速纠正缺血组织的酸中毒是促进心肌损伤加重的重要因素之一,称为pH反常。本实验在离体灌流的大鼠心脏模型上观察低pH液灌流后用不同pH液再灌注对心脏的影响。
The pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion (I-R) injury has not yet been fully elucidated. Recently, it has been found that the rapid correction of ischemic acidosis during reperfusion is one of the important factors that promote myocardial injury, which is called pH abnormality. In this experiment, we observed the effect of low pH liquid perfusion on rat heart model after perfused with different pH liquid.
