1994年,本市各级统计部门将继续以邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义理论和党的基本路线为指导,认真组织《邓小平文选》三卷的学习,全面贯彻党的十四大和十四届三中全会精神,按照市委、市政府的统一部署,紧紧围绕上海“一个龙头、三个中心”的目标,深化统计改革,以大力宣传、全面贯彻实施《上海市统计管理条例》为重点,进一步解放思想,实事求是,反骄破满,不断进取,提高“三个服务”的水平,促使上海的统计工作再上一个新台阶。
