患女,60岁,农民。以绝经10年,伴下腹剧痛1d之主诉入院。1月前,患者发现白带多,色黄有臭味。未做处理。8d前,白带变成血水状,而去当地医院就诊。经抗炎治疗4d后行诊刮术。手术经过不详。术后继续抗炎治疗。术后1d出现恶心、呕吐,不能进食。1d前,出现下腹部剧痛,阵发性加重。二便正常。查体:急性痛苦面容,神志清,精神差。P134次/min,R40次/,BP10.0/8.0kPa,心率:134次/min,有力,无杂音。腹肌紧张,压痛,反跳痛阳性。移动性
