American Aeronautics and Space Technology Weekly published an article by Michael Bruno on February 26, 2015. The author believes that despite the FAA issued regulations to manage domestic commercial unmanned aerial systems has caused widespread concern, it can be described as a few happy few worries. In comparison, however, the U.S. State Department’s final export policy on military and civilian unmanned aerial systems has given the UAV industry a huge package. The author wrote in the article: "Unmanned systems are beginning to affect people’s lives more and more, not just in overseas areas where armed conflicts occur. The U.S. government that is aware of this is starting to devote itself to setting the appropriate standards for them. But for this progress, the public, the business community and the unmanned aerial system
