通过不同浓度(0.001、0.010、0.100和1.000μmol/L)冠菌素(COR)处理忍冬花和叶,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其中有效成分含量变化。结果表明:不同浓度COR处理对忍冬花、老叶和新叶中主要成分含量产生影响,1)0.010μmol/L处理使忍冬花中的绿原酸和芦丁含量分别增加19.75%和13.80%,总体趋势表现为低浓度促进作用;2)1.000μmol/L处理使忍冬老叶中的绿原酸、咖啡酸、木犀草苷、异绿原酸A和异绿原酸C,分别较对照高49.72%、28.57%、56.64%、72.78%和49.08%,总体趋势表现为高浓度促进作用;3)1.000μmol/L处理使忍冬新叶中的异绿原酸A含量增加16.83%,对木犀草苷和总含量都有促进作用。由此可以看出,采用花可选用0.010μmol/L冠菌素处理,采用叶可选用1.000μmol/L冠菌素处理;这可为更好地开发利用忍冬提供理论依据。

It can be seen, the use of flowers can be selected 0.010μmol / L coronatine treatment, the use of leaves can be used 1.000μmol / L coronatine treatment; This can provide a theoretical basis for better development and utilization of honeysuckle.
