本实验测定了杏果成熟期间生长调节物质含量的变化以及施用脱落酸对杏果成熟作用的影响。结果表明,在杏果生长的早期,生长促进物质的水平很高,在果实第Ⅱ期末生长结束之前,开始大幅度降低,第Ⅱ期继续下降直至果实完熟,此时生长促进物质几乎完全消失。与此同时,生长抑制物质(主要是 ABA)则在第Ⅱ期结束之前开始增加,第Ⅲ期大量累积,此时也正是果实成熟期。外施 ABA 可显著促进跃变期前杏果的呼吸并使成熟提前,但对跃变期后的果实呼吸有抑制作用。对 ABA、乙烯与果实成熟之间的相互关系进行了讨论。
This experiment measured the apricot fruit maturity growth regulatory substance content changes and the application of abscisic acid on apricot fruit ripening effect. The results showed that in the early stage of apricot growth, the level of growth promoting substances was very high. Before the end of the second phase of fruit growth, it began to decrease sharply. In the second phase, it continued to decline until the fruit was ripe, at which point the growth promoting substances almost completely disappeared. In the meantime, growth inhibitory substances (mainly ABA) begin to increase before the end of Phase II, while Phase III accumulates in large quantities, which is also the period of fruit ripening. Exogenous ABA can significantly promote the apricot before the transitional phase of the breath and mature ahead of time, but the fruit after the resumption of breath inhibition. The relationship between ABA, ethylene and fruit maturity was discussed.
