现行《俄罗斯联邦住宅法典》对有关住宅房屋有系统的规定,区分所有建筑物的相关制度也主要规定在此法典中。俄罗斯将建筑物区分所有权称作“多套住宅房屋所有权”。本文主要介绍了俄罗斯区分所有建筑物管理的相关立法现状,管理组织和管理规约。
The current “Code of Federal Regulations of the Russian Federation” provides for the systematic regulation of residential houses and the relevant system of distinguishing all buildings is also mainly stipulated in this Code. Russia refers to building ownership as “multi-family home ownership.” This article mainly introduces the status quo of legislation, the management organization and the management regulations of Russia that distinguish all buildings.
