热处理后的轴类和齿轮油泵、柱塞泵、给油器等有关润滑零件及其加工刀具的中心孔,要求精度和表面光洁度较高,加工之前要研磨中心孔。起初有些车床研磨中心孔时尾座受力大,影响车床本身的精度,加之车末尾座和床身接触的刚度不同,从而影响了加工精度,使工件中心孔的质量不稳定;部分车床还因研磨中心孔而使主轴与顶尖的同心度降低。为了解决这个问题,设计制作了一台中心孔简易研磨机。
