将乙醇化学反应动力学模型导入计算流体动力学(CFD)软件FLUENT,对乙醇发动机HCCI燃烧和排放特性进行了模拟计算。结果表明,该模型能够很好地预测乙醇燃烧和排放物的生成过程,狭缝是产生缸内碳氢(HC)和一氧化碳(CO)的主要来源;HC主要是由未燃的C2H5OH燃料本身组成,CO和CH2O均为氧化的重要中间产物,有相似的分布和生成规律;乙醇HCCI稀薄燃烧持续时间很短,燃烧温度低,可以得到极低的NO排放。
The kinetic model of ethanol chemical reaction was introduced into computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT to simulate the combustion and emission characteristics of ethanol engine HCCI. The results show that the model can predict the combustion of ethanol and the generation of emissions. The slits are the main source of HC and CO. HC is mainly composed of unburned C2H5OH fuel itself , CO and CH2O are important intermediate products of oxidation with similar distribution and generation rules. Ethanol HCCI lean burn duration is very short, combustion temperature is low, and very low NO emission can be obtained.
