合肥兴建高科技广场 香港TTM系统有限公司将投资三亿元——执行董事李晓明先生接受本刊采访

1992年8月,中国科技大学与香港 TTM 系统有限公司就共同兴建合肥高科技广场正式签约,组建成立了“高科技市场拓展有限公司”。10月28日该广场奠基。广场首期第一阶段将沿科技大学围墙,即合肥市金寨路段兴建美国硅谷风格的低层商业用房百余套,每套为展销厅、写字间、仓储室、洗手间一体化的独立复式单元,约80平方米。总面积约为9000平方米。内外部豪华装修并配备中央空调系统及国内国际直拨电话、传真、卫星接收和数据通讯等全套系统。第二阶段,在中国科技大学旧校门三角地带,兴建高层写字楼一幢,现代化的内部结构设计及格调高雅的内外部装修,并提供整套智能化的设施管理服务。该广场的第二期项目,将进一步扩大首期服务范围,并将在中国科技大学西区兴建高科技广场的附属及服务设施,包括科技博览中心、会议大厅、酒楼及各种娱乐设施。全部工程约五年完成,预计总投资约三亿人民币左右。建成后的高科技广场,将以其新颖轩伟的形象成为合肥科技业的特征之一,并由此辐射延伸形成新的商业黄金路段。外商与国内科研、教育机构合资兴建高科技广场,这在我国尚属首创。此项工程签约后,引起国内外尤其是科技学术界的震动,海内外传媒都有不同角度报道。人们关注着一系列由此而产生的新问题: In August 1992, China University of Science and Technology and Hong Kong TTM Systems Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract for the joint construction of Hefei Hi-Tech Plaza, and set up a “High-tech Market Development Co., Ltd.”. The second phase of the plaza will further expand the scope of its first phase of service and will build affiliated and service facilities in the Western District of China University of Science and Technology, including the Science and Technology Expo Center, conference halls, restaurants and various entertainment facilities. The entire project is completed in about five years and the total investment is expected to be about 300 million yuan. After its completion, the high-tech square will become one of the characteristics of the Hefei science and technology industry with its innovative Xuanwei image, which will then be extended to form a new commercial gold road segment. Foreign companies and domestic scientific research and educational institutions jointly build high-tech squares, which is the first of its kind in China.
