1病例报告患者男,30岁、1969年起鼻血不止、经输血可控制.每年发作1～2次,偶有血尿.1993年1月癫痫发作后左膝关节疼痛肿胀,拍片示“左膝关节滑膜炎”.当地医生从关节腔内抽出血液并予输血治疗.1993年6月关节肿胀较前减轻,但仍有疼痛和活动受限.遂入院治疗.查体:意识清楚、皮肤未见瘀斑.心肺无阳性发现,肝、脾未触及,左膝关节肿胀.既往住院10余次.按血友病处理,但未作实验室鉴定.此次住院实验室检查:HB150g/L,WBC7.3×10~9/L,BPC112×10~9/L,粪、尿常规正常,血沉正常,束臂试验阴性,Fib. 3.0g/L.凝血酶元时间测定11秒.常规法BT1分,CT2.5分,试管法凝血时间15分,KPTT 158.6秒(正常对照37秒),凝血活酶生成试验30秒(正常对照13.7秒).凝血活酶生成纠正试验:正常吸附血浆27秒、正常血清13秒.正常吸附血清27秒,正常血浆14
