直立性调节障碍,又称“OD”病(下称“OD”病)。该病以起立性和直立性晕倒为主要特征。起立性晕倒多发生于较长时间的静卧、蹲、坐位后,起立时感到眼前发黑、头晕、乏力、甚至跌倒;而直立性晕倒多发生于安静、肃穆而持久站立时。晕倒次数少者仅一次,多者每天十余次。 Erectile dysfunction, also known as “OD” disease (hereinafter referred to as “OD” disease).
