为采用较合适的工艺条件获得满足一定力学性能的泡沫镍产品, 以有机泡沫电沉积法为基础, 探讨了几种具体工艺条件对所得产品抗拉强度的影响。结果表明, 在氨分解气氛中980 ℃为时40 min 的烧结之前, 预加一个600 ℃为时4 min 的空气烧解以及将烧结温度降低到850 ℃, 对最终产品的抗拉强度基本没有影响。保持上述工艺条件不变, 导电化处理时涂覆约1 μm 厚的石墨基导电胶或化学镀约3 μm 的镍层( 含P 量约5 % ) , 所得产品的抗拉强度也基本相同
In order to obtain the foamed nickel products which meet certain mechanical properties, the influence of several specific technological conditions on the tensile strength of the obtained products was discussed on the basis of the organic foam electrodeposition method. The results showed that preheating air at 600 ℃ for 4 min and reducing the sintering temperature to 850 ℃ did not affect the tensile strength of the final product before the sintering in 980 ℃ for 40 min in the ammonia decomposition atmosphere . Maintaining the above process conditions unchanged, the conductive treatment coated about 1μm thick graphite conductive adhesive or electroless plating about 3μm nickel layer (containing about 5% P), the tensile strength of the resulting product is essentially the same
