北京市东城区麻线小学是一所校舍面积小、办学条件差的学校。学校占地面积不足2000平方米,校内既无宽敞的操场,校外又无可供学生活动的场地。校园包括5个小院,最大的百来平方米,最小的不足30平方米。全校12个教学班,400多学生,人均活动场地不足平方米。然而,这所学校的体育活动却搞得热火朝天。他们组织学生每天参加“一时体育锻炼”,连续15年体育达标,年年被评为市区达标先进单位,1989年被国家体委、国家教委评为全国施行《国家体育锻炼标准》先进单位。麻线小学一向重视体育工作。早在70年代初,他们就尝试过组织学生每天参加一小时的体育活动。近几年来,随着教育方针得到全面贯彻落实,体育作
