深圳市中联盾实业有限公司创建于1996年,是一家集技术研发与生产、产品销售和工程安装为一体的高新科技企业。公司拥有一支庞大而坚实的技术队伍,具有很强的产品研发设计能力。联视电子工程(深圳)有限公司是中国内陆最具规模的监控生产厂商之一,长期致力于数字化网络监控产品的生产和开发。2006年,深圳中联盾实业有限公司与联视电子工程(深圳)有限公司成功实现双向并购战略。合并之后的企业深化了渠道建设及项目集成的能力,开始了在中国安防产业中新一轮的冲击。深圳市中联盾实业有限公司由此也揭开了企业从单一贸易型经营方式,转入集生产、研发、销售于一体综合发展的序幕。对于联视-中联盾集团来说,使用联合品牌策略,实现双向并购,是出于怎样的考虑?这能否全面提升企业内部的核心竞争力呢?对此,我们采访了联视-中联盾集团的董事长兼总经理尤水标先生。
