全面建设小康社会必然要求以全面依法治国作为保障,依法治国过程中公民法律素质也应相应提高,因为公民法律素质的提高是依法治国的重要前提。现阶段我国公民法律素质整体水平虽有提升,但与高速发展的社会政治经济状况还不十分匹配,因此,要通过相应途径提高公民法律素质。 Building an overall well-to-do society will inevitably require that the state be fully protected according to law, and the legal quality of citizens in governing the country according to law should also be raised accordingly. The improvement of the legal quality of citizens is an important prerequisite for governing the country according to law. Although the general level of citizens’ legal quality in our country is improving at this stage, they still do not match well with the rapid development of the socio-political and economic conditions.
