(1)大力发展化纤原料及化纤。我国人口众多,耕地面积有限,纺织原料供求矛盾十分突出,发展化纤原料可缓解纺织原料的供求矛盾,目前我国化纤生产能力已突破300万元,产品产量居世界第二位,化纤在我国纺织纤维中的使用比例从1980年的20.5%上升到1994年的45%,化纤行业在我国已形成具有一定实力的技术密集型的新型企业。
(1) To vigorously develop chemical fiber raw materials and chemical fiber. China has a large population, a limited area of arable land, and the contradiction between supply and demand of textile raw materials is very prominent. The development of chemical fiber raw materials can ease the contradiction between supply and demand of textile raw materials. At present, China’s chemical fiber production capacity has exceeded 3 million yuan, and its product output ranks second in the world.
