用户体验的好坏,决定一个移动终端网购类APP的存亡。根据用户体验的构成,构建移动终端网购类APP的用户体验评价模型。通过问卷调查和数据分析,对评价模型进行验证和改进,确定由品牌、视觉设计、交互设计、信息传递、安全保障、个性化服务6个一级指标和24个二级指标构成的最终评价模型。有助于提升移动终端网购类APP用户体验,以及B2C电子商务企业根据用户体验,设计出满足用户需求、更具吸引力的APP,为用户提供更满意的服务。
User experience is good or bad, determine the survival of a mobile terminal online shopping APP. According to the composition of user experience, this paper constructs a user experience evaluation model for online shopping app of mobile terminal. Through the questionnaire survey and data analysis, the evaluation model is verified and improved to determine the final evaluation model consisting of 6 first-level indicators and 24 second-level indicators of brand, visual design, interaction design, information transmission, safety assurance and personalized service . Helping to enhance the online shopping experience of mobile terminals and the B2C e-commerce businesses design APPs that meet the needs of users and are more attractive based on the user experience so as to provide users with more satisfactory services.
