为配合交通部公路沥青路面施工规范的修订,在总结已建高速公路经验的基础上,提出了沥青混合料AC-13的一个新的矿料级配范围。选择我国规范推荐的工程中常用的表面层AC-13I型和AK-13A型与我们提出的新型级配沥青混合料表面层在青海平西高速公路修筑了试验路。室内沥青混合料马歇尔试验、车辙试验和低温弯曲试验均表明,3种沥青混合料均可以作为青海地区的高速公路表面层。现场检测表明,新提出的级配沥青混合料综合了现行规范规定的路面设计中常用的2种沥青混合料表面层的优点,具有密水、抗裂兼顾抗滑和抗车辙等功能。从3种沥青混合料矿料级配和结构组成特性两方面,分析了它们的现场压实特性、空隙率、密水性能、构造深度等现场路用性能差异的原因。理论和实践均表明新提出的AC-13调整型沥青混合料是一种较好的高速公路沥青混合料表面层材料。
In line with the revision of the Ministry of Communications highway asphalt pavement construction specifications, based on summing up the experience of the highway has been built, put forward a new aggregate gradation range of asphalt mixture AC-13. Choosing the surface layer AC-13I and AK-13A which are commonly used in China’s standard recommended projects and the new grading asphalt mixture surface layer we proposed in Qinghai Pingxi Expressway built a test road. Indoor asphalt mixture Marshall test, rutting test and low temperature bending test all show that the three kinds of asphalt mixture can be used as the expressway surface layer in Qinghai. Field tests show that the newly proposed gradation asphalt mixture combines the advantages of the two commonly used asphalt mixture surface layers specified in the existing codes with the features of dense water, anti-cracking and anti-skid and anti-rutting. Based on the gradation of mineral aggregate and the structural characteristics of the three kinds of asphalt mixtures, the causes of on-site performance differences such as field compaction characteristics, porosity, dense water performance and structure depth were analyzed. Both theory and practice show that the newly proposed AC-13 modified asphalt mixture is a good highway asphalt mixture surface material.
