籍家是将犯人的部分或全部财产没收为官府所有的一种刑罚,在历史上以其他刑罚附加刑的形式而出现。宋代的籍家对象以犯罪的官员为主,但具体的操作中,上至王公,下至普通百姓,乃至出世的僧道都存在着被籍家的情况,当然其中也有一部分是被冤枉的。籍家之后的所得财产大部分进入了政府的府库,在一定程度上缓解了政府的财政压力。宋代政府对籍家之刑在不同的时期有着不同的态度,同时对籍没家财有了一定的执行程序,且对非法籍没他人财产之人采取相应的惩罚措施。
A family member is a kind of penalty for confiscating some or all of the prisoners’ property as owned by the government and has historically appeared in the form of additional penalties for other penalties.
