白斑综合征病毒WSSV(White Spot Syndrome Virus,WSSV)是引起对虾大规模死亡的主要病毒性病原,且该病毒感染的宿主广泛。
White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) is the major viral pathogen responsible for the large-scale death of shrimp and its host is extensively infected. Since the publication of the full sequence of the WSSV genome, scholars at home and abroad have shifted their research focus on WSSV to related studies on the function of the virus gene product. To understand the WSSV infection mechanism is the basis for effective prevention and treatment of the virus, and its mechanism of infection is mainly to clarify the virus in the role of each protein in the infection, which is one of WSSV proteomics research. Analyzing WSSV proteins simultaneously provides a powerful basis for studying the evolutionary trends of marine and terrestrial viruses at the molecular level.
