肝片吸虫病广泛流行于草原畜群中,给内蒙古大部草原畜牧业带来严重灾害,标题化合物类型药物经动物实验表明具有驱杀肝片吸虫活性,且杀虫活性随结构而异。为此,我们合成、测定了标题化合物的单晶结构,分析了其分子的成键结构特征,为进一步研究提供结构佐证。
Fasciola hepatica is widely prevalent in grassland herds and causes severe disastrous disturbance to livestock husbandry in most of Inner Mongolia. The title compound has been shown to have anti-Fasciola hepatica activity by animal experiments, and its insecticidal activity varies with structure. For this reason, we synthesized and measured the single crystal structure of the title compound, analyzed its molecular bonding structure characteristics, and provided structural evidence for further research.
