一、前言该文以日本国内石膏资源现状出发,考虑到随着日本大气污染防止法的贯彻执行,排烟脱硫的付产品石膏将会急聚增加,并且有过剩的可能。这种副产品除一部分作为水泥混合材外,大部分废弃埋入地下。在此社会背景下,作者进行以二水石膏——高炉渣——石灰研制水泥,并且以高炉渣,石膏为主。众所周知,在高硫盐的炉渣中,石膏用量15%左右,该文作者将二水石膏用量加大到50%。以上这是有其特色的。
I. INTRODUCTION This paper starts with the current situation of gypsum resources in Japan. Considering that with the implementation of the Japan Air Pollution Prevention Act, the gypsum product of exhaust gas desulphurization will increase rapidly and there is a possibility of surplus. This kind of by-product is mostly used as a cement admixture and most of it is buried underground. In this social context, the authors developed cement with dihydrate gypsum - blast furnace slag - lime, and mainly blast furnace slag and gypsum. It is well known that in high-sulfur salt slags, the amount of gypsum is about 15%, and the authors have increased the amount of dihydrate gypsum to 50%. This is a characteristic of the above.
