重视并善于学习,是中国共产党的优势所在,也是党的优良传统之一,党的三代领导集体都十分重视和强调学习。在长期的学习与实践过程中,共产党人提出的学习观点,总结的学习经验,已然成为一笔宝贵经验。对中国共产党学习观的产生与发展进行理论阐述,强调学习的重要性与紧迫性,对于加强构建学习型政党和提高党员素质有着重要的意义。
