In this paper, 24 primary and secondary school teachers in Beijing case analysis. By summing up their successful experiences and studying the factors that affect the growth of excellent teachers, this study provides a useful reference for teachers’ professional development and growth. Among the research objects in this article, there are 16 super-class teachers and the rest are 6 people who have obtained honorary titles above the municipal level and 2 people who are honored above the district level.
