丝裂霉素(MMC)联合优福定(UFT)组成UFTM方案治疗胃癌,1985年日本学者采用该方案治疗胃癌有效率56.9％,国内未见正式报道。我院自1986年1月～1987年7月采用该方案治疗晚期胃癌35例,近期疗效满意,现报告如下。 临床资料 一、病例选择:本组35例,男31例,女4例,年龄为35—72岁,中数年龄56岁。所有病例均经脱落细胞学和/或病理学证实,为进展期胃癌不能手术、根治切除术后复发或非根治切除术后者,均有可测量的肿块,能客观判断疗效。病理类型:腺癌15例,低分
Mitomycin (MMC) combined with UF (UFT) composition UFTM program for the treatment of gastric cancer in 1985, Japanese scholars use this program to treat gastric cancer effective rate of 56.9%, no official report. In our hospital from January 1986 to July 1987, this protocol was used to treat 35 cases of advanced gastric cancer. The short-term efficacy was satisfactory. The report is as follows.
