报道用人脑胶质瘤裸鼠模型NHG—1直接制片法(OP),并用改良的DP 分析22例人脑瘤和4种人脑瘤模型(NHG—1、NHE—2、NHC—3、NHA—5)共72只移植瘤的染色体研究。结果提示;(1)瘤组织取材中,已阻断血供的时间为影响成功率的主要因素。(2)4种模型均起源于人,并在传代过程中维持恒定。(3)11例胶质瘤中未见有特异的结构异常的染色体,4例有标志克隆起源的异常染色体,1例有HSR。(4)3例转移癌中1例有标志克隆起源的异常染色体。(5)1例脑膜瘤和1例胚生殖细胞瘤中见到异常染色体;另1例脑膜瘤和1例神经鞘瘤则未见异常染色体。(6)所有标本均以异常核型为主。本文并总结G—带标本上各类肿瘤染色体数目畸变特征。
The human glioblastoma nude mouse model NHG-1 direct production method (OP) was reported, and 22 human brain tumors and 4 human brain tumor models (NHG-1, NHE-2, NHC-3) were analyzed with improved DP. NHA-5) Chromosome studies of a total of 72 transplanted tumors. The results suggest that: (1) The time that blood supply has been blocked is the main factor affecting the success rate in the acquisition of tumor tissue. (2) All four models originated from humans and remained constant during the passage. (3) There were no chromosomes with specific structural abnormalities in 11 gliomas, 4 cases had abnormal chromosomes that marked the origin of clonality, and 1 case had HSR. (4) One of the 3 cases of metastatic carcinoma had abnormal chromosomes that marked the origin of the clone. (5) Abnormal chromosomes were seen in 1 case of meningioma and 1 case of embryonic germ cell tumor; no abnormal chromosome was found in 1 case of meningioma and 1 case of schwannoma. (6) All specimens were mainly abnormal karyotypes. This article also summarizes the chromosome aberrations of various types of tumors on G-banded specimens.
