为了降低台山核电核岛主回路设备“空中翻转”及“倾斜就位”全新施工工艺首次应用中的潜在风险,探索出一种核岛主回路设备安装模拟方法,实现了对主回路设备安装的动态模拟、施工工艺验证,以及设备与土建结构的碰撞检查和间距量化,并成功应用于1号机组压力容器及稳压器等核岛主回路设备安装。
In order to reduce the potential risk of the first application of the new construction technology of the main circuit equipment of the nuclear island in Taishan nuclear island, such as “aerial inversion” and “tilt in position”, a simulation method for installation of nuclear island main circuit equipment was explored, Circuit equipment installation dynamic simulation, construction process verification, as well as equipment and civil structure collision check and spacing quantification, and successfully applied to Unit 1 pressure vessels and regulators and other nuclear island main loop equipment installation.
