目前临床帕金森病苍白球损毁术中,主要依靠医生观察微电极记录的神经电生理信号,凭经验主观定性地对微电极定位。利用分形盒子维方法进一步分析神经放电信号的特征,获取不同位置微电极信号的盒子维数定位因子,实现微电极所在神经组织的识别。通过统计分析临床大量的神经放电数据分形盒子维,给出了神经组织定位方法。经临床病例和专家验证,此方法可以提高定位精度并可用于临床中引导手术。
The current clinical Parkinson’s disease pallidolus surgery, mainly rely on the doctor to observe the microelectrode recorded neuroelectrophysiological signals, the subjective qualitatively on the microelectrode positioning. The clinical cases and experts verified that this method can improve the positioning accuracy and can be used for clinical guidance in surgery.
