Since the implementation of the quantitative management of outpatient physicians in our hospital last year, we have achieved remarkable social and economic benefits. At the same time, we have mobilized the enthusiasm of outpatient physicians. We now summarize the practice and experience of quantitative management of outpatient clinicians over the past two years. Quantitative measures 1. Development of economic indicators and workload for outpatient physicians We use the average method to obtain economic indicators and work for each department based on the workload and economic income of the outpatient departments in the previous three years.
