随着全球一体化进程的加快,国际间的交流日益增加,人们开始越来越多地关注国际事务以及全球各地发生的重大事件。为了增加电视节目的时效性,帮助观众紧跟时事的步伐,解决在电视节目中的跨文化、跨语言问题,同声传译手段逐渐被应用到了电视节目的转播中,尤其是对于重大国际事件以及突发新闻的电视直播中。作为一种新兴的口译手段,电视同声传译有着与其他形式不同的特点和难点,对其质量的评估标准也多种多样。电视同声传译的质量还远远没有达到让电视观众满意的境界。本文通过对奥巴马总统2009年在上海科技馆演讲的电视同声传译的质量分析,探讨了评估同声传译质量的标准,并希望以此推进电视同声传译研究的发展,并为电视同声传译的质量的提高做出贡献。
