新的课程标准对中小学学生综合素质提出了更高的要求,所以学校要根据新的教育规范,以及学生的生理心理特点制定新的教育管理目标。传统的中小学教育管理模式虽然还有一定的参考价值,但是已经不能完全符合时代发展对中小学教学管理提出的要求。教学教育管理防范和手段必须及时的进行改革和创新,有效的提高学生的综合素质能力。本文主要通过分析新课程理念下中小学教育教学管理的意义,以及教育教学管理工作中存在的问题,探讨教育教学管理工作改革的对策,旨在为我国中小学教育管理工作提供参考。
The new curriculum standards put forward higher requirements for the overall quality of primary and secondary school students. Therefore, the school should set new educational management goals according to the new education norms and the students’ physiological and psychological characteristics. Although the traditional primary and secondary education management mode still has certain reference value, it can not fully meet the requirements of the development of the times for the teaching management of primary and secondary schools. Teaching and education management prevention and measures must be timely reform and innovation, and effectively improve the overall quality of students ability. This paper analyzes the significance of primary and secondary education and teaching management under the new curriculum concept and the existing problems in education and teaching management, and discusses the countermeasures of education and teaching management reform in order to provide a reference for primary and secondary education management in our country.
