目的 :探讨彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)诊断小乳癌 (<2 cm)的血流动力学量化指标。方法 :分析46例乳腺肿瘤 CDFI声像图并与病理对照。结果 :良性组 91.30 % (2 1/ 2 3)为 0 - 级血流 ,平均最大流速 (Vmax)(10 .5 8± 5 .91) cm/ s。恶性组 86 .96 % (2 0 / 2 3)为 - 级血流 ,Vmax (19.2 8± 6 .96 ) cm/ s。两组间差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。用百分位数法求得 Vmax 12 cm/ s为良恶性乳腺肿瘤 <2 cm)的临界值。结论 :血流分级程度≥ 级和 Vmax≥ 12 cm/ s可作为 CDFI诊断小乳癌 (<2 cm)的量化指标。
Objective: To investigate the quantitative hemodynamic parameters of small breast cancer (<2 cm) diagnosed by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods : Analysis of 46 cases of breast tumors with CDFI and comparison with pathology. RESULTS: In the benign group, 91.30 % (2 1/3) was 0-grade blood flow with an average maximum flow velocity (Vmax) (10 .58 ± 5.91) cm/s. In the malignant group, 86.96 % (2 0 / 23) had - grade blood flow, Vmax (19.2 8 ± 6 .96) cm/s. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.01). The cut-off value of Vmax 12 cm/s was used as the critical value for benign and malignant breast tumors <2 cm. Conclusions: Blood flow grading ≥ grade and Vmax ≥ 12 cm/s can be used as quantitative indicators of CDFI diagnosis of small breast cancer (<2 cm).
