某大型钢铁公司薄钢板加热模拟试验采用一种外热式真空炉,详细叙述了该炉的结构、性能、特点及测控系统。真空室采用耐高温的合金制作,配置合理的密封结构及抽真空系统,使该炉在1200℃高温时,达到4x10-4Pa高真空,使薄钢板加热实现完全无氧化不脱碳的效果;炉子的测控系统采用708P型A1微机控制仪表,配置PID调节,从工艺参数的设定、采集、比较到量的控制全部自动完成,测控系统具有较强的抗干扰能力,控温精度±1℃。应用表明:该炉结构紧凑,密封效果佳、能耗低,安全可靠,实用。
A large steel company steel plate heating simulation test using an external thermal vacuum furnace, a detailed description of the furnace structure, performance, characteristics and measurement and control system. The vacuum chamber is made of alloy with high temperature and equipped with a reasonable sealing structure and vacuuming system so that the furnace reaches a high vacuum of 4x10-4Pa at a high temperature of 1200 DEG C so as to heat the thin steel plate completely without decarburization. The measurement and control system adopts 708P A1 microcomputer control instrument and configures PID adjustment. All the control from setting, collecting and comparing to the quantity control is completed automatically. The measurement and control system has strong anti-interference ability and the temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃. Application shows that: The furnace structure is compact, good sealing effect, low energy consumption, safe, reliable and practical.
