使用没有自动曝光装置的电子显微镜必须凭经验调节曝光亮度,决定曝光时间,然后用手控制快门,即使是个有经验的操作者,也常出现曝光过度或曝光不足的现象。我们曾在一九七四年试制过测量亮度和固定曝光时间的装置,获得较为满意的结果。 去年,我们进一步试制了自动曝光装置,经反复试验和一段时间的试用,证明性能良好,达到了预期的效果。
The use of an electron microscope without an automatic exposure device has to be adjusted empirically to determine the exposure time, determine the exposure time, and then manually control the shutter. Even experienced operators often experience overexposure or underexposure. We have piloted a device for measuring brightness and fixed exposure time in 1974 to obtain satisfactory results. Last year, we further trial production of automatic exposure device, after repeated tests and a period of trial, proved good performance, to achieve the desired results.
